Our accommodations are comfortably equipped to a high standard, offering all mod cons you may need to feel like at home during your marvellous stay in Madrid. This is a completely refurbished building with 12 brand new apartments, 8 of which have 2 bed rooms which sleep up to 5 people, and 4 with one bedroom sleeping up to 4. Ideal for couples and families. Bigger families and groups can also be comfortably accommodated as they can stay in 2 or more apartments at once, savouring more space and comfort during their stay without being torn apart as group. Our Apodaca apartments are also ideal for corporate travellers as they are equipped with wireless internet access and offer the freedom you need to enjoy your business trip in Madrid. The building has an ultra modern elevator and the apartments are blessed with abundant daylight as they have big windows and even a little balcony to step out. The apartments are ideally located with easy access to public transport, which quickly takes you to any area in Madrid you wish to see. Walk for just 3 streets and you will get to Gran Via, the Capitals main street lined with a plethora of shops and boutiques. Once on this street, the famous Puerta del Sol, the Peninsulas very centre, is just in minutes reach. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of this special Metropolis, immerse yourself into the towns every day life enjoying tapas and one corner and having a sip of Spanish red wine at another, just like a Madrileo!

Old Town Apartments - Directions:
1. We meet all our guests at our Office at Calle de Apodaca 5, bajo (ground floor) 2. Please call an hour before reaching our office +34 667570988 3. During your check in you: a) fill in our guest form, b) facilitate the outstanding payment c) provide us with your credit card details OR leave a cash deposit of 150 euro to cover any possible damage that might be incurred to the apartment or its contents during your stay. In case you choose to leave a deposit, it is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage. DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICE From Barajas Airport TIP: If you have lots of luggage and are travelling outside peak times, a taxi is more convenient and will cost approximately 25 to the office. Alternatively via the metro, take Line 8 (pink) to Nuevos Ministerios. Change to Line 10 (blue) and head in the direction of Puerta del Sur. Get off at Metro Tribunal. Take the EXIT (Salida) marked CBarcel, cross the wider street and take the Calle Barcel to your right. Take the first street to your left which will be C de Churruca, go straight and the first crossing street will be CApodaca, our office is located on calle Apodaca, number 5, close to the corner of Apodaca and Churruca (left hand side).From Atocha RENFE Take Metro Line 1 (light blue) in direction of Plaza de Castilla and get off at Metro Tribunal. Take the EXIT (Salida) marked CBarcel, cross the wider street and take the Calle Barcel to your left. Take the first street to your left which will be C de Churruca, go straight and the first crossing street will be CApodaca, our office is located on calle Apodaca, number 5, close to the corner of Apodaca and Churruca (left hand side).From ChamartinTake Metro Line 10 (blue) and head in the direction of Puerta del Sur.
