The building that houses the Hotel de Nevers used to be a convent from 1627 to 1790, and its presently class which means that any restorations must respect the original architecture, which means that theres no elevator, so youll have to climb the beautiful white, never-ending staircase. 11 rooms (all with shower or shower-tub combos) their antique primness, are cozy and pleasant, and two of them (n 10 and 11) have large terraces overlooking a corner of Rue du Bac or a rear courtyard. Renovation in 2007 with new furniture.
