The Dorint An der Messe Basel is located opposite the Musical Theatre, near Badischer Bahnhof train station and is only a 10 minute tram-ride from the historical city centre. The EuroAirport BasleMulhouseFreiburg ist just 6.5 km away from the hotel. The Dorint An der Messe Basel offers you 171 comfortable and bright superior or executive rooms (with air conditioning) and studios, all equipped with high speed internet access, W-LAN, Pay-TV, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and one bottle of water per arrival. Our 10 studios can be used for up to 4 people and include a kitchenette and a sofa. Children up to 12 years can sleep free of charge in the parents studio including the breakfast buffet.Whether you would like to have breakfast, lunch or dinner or just a small snack: our restaurant Ct Jardin is open daily from 6.30am to 11pm. Our Lobby bar also welcomes you for a small coffee in the morning or a relaxing drink in the evening. We also have a garage with 59 parking spaces. These cost 20CHF per parking space per night.Due to the unique location close to the border of three countries, destinations like the Black Forest (in Germany) and Alsace (in France) are only half-an-hours drive away. Basle, the cultural capital of Switzerland offers you various numbers of museums and galleries, like the Fondation Beyeler, the Tinguely Museum and the Kunstmuseum, which are also quickly accessible from the hotel. In addition to our rate a city tax of CHF 3.20 per person and night will be charged. Therefore you can use all public transportation systems within the City of Basle free of charge.

From north: Arrival by car and bus from Germany: Coming from Karlsruhe on the motorway A5 cross the frontier Weil am Rhein. You take the 1st exit MesseBad. Bahnhof and take the 2nd exit at the roundabout towards direction Zentrum Nord. At the stoplight next to the Musical Theatre you turn left into the Schnaustrasse. After 100 meters you will find the Dorint Basel on your right hand side.From south: Arrival by car and bus from CH: Leave the motorway A2 at the exit MesseBad. Bahnhof. Follow the street until the 2nd stoplight and turn left into the Maulbeerstrasse, at the 2nd crossing turn right into the Mattenstrasse and immediately you turn left into the Schnaustrasse. On the left hand side you will find the Dorint Basel.
